Commercial terms
Plain-language rules for a factual, principal-ranked paid-advertising event.
Payment amount
Before hosted Checkout, the quote states rank principal, tax, and customer total separately in USD. Customer total must equal principal plus tax. Only principal contributes rank credit.
Checkout requires a United States billing country and valid US billing region. A rejected preflight creates no reservation or hosted payment session.
Nonrefund policy
A valid serviced rank payment is nonrefundable by default. Displacement, rank movement, traffic shortfall, buyer remorse, and an unmet hoped-for outcome do not create a refund right.
Required exceptions remain available where the disclosed policy, provider rules, legal obligation, duplicate or erroneous capture, ineligibility, or reviewed support action requires a refund.
Removal and cutoff
A pre-cutoff revocation or removal disables public content, outbound access, quote creation, and rank contribution and begins the applicable refund workflow.
A post-cutoff removal preserves the factual cutoff row or safe tombstone. Removal alone does not automatically create a refund after cutoff; provider, legal, fraud, terms, and reviewed support obligations still apply.

Payment does not reserve a displayed position. Rank may change, and no duration, traffic, lead, sale, revenue, publicity, or other result is promised.
